Making use of both structural and material degrees of freedom to control and manipulate light, the research of our group mainly lie in the fabrication, calibration and applications of Micro-structured Optical Fibers (MOFs), including:



1). Novel hollow-core/solid-core MOFs


2). Applications of MOF in Nonlinear Optics, Laser Optics, Optical Communications,            Quantum Optics, Distributed Sensing, and so on


3). NSOM Study of Micro/Nano-Photonic Devices On-a-chip
