报告摘要:
The growing demand for reproducible, efficient, and scalable biological experimentation has accelerated the development of intelligent laboratory technologies. However, many research laboratories still depend on independent instruments for liquid handling, cell imaging, incubation, and environmental monitoring. Such fragmented workflows often require extensive manual intervention, resulting in increased experimental variability, operational complexity, and maintenance costs. To address these challenges, we introduce a compact and modular automation platform that integrates essential laboratory functions within a unified system. The proposed platform incorporates five-axis robotic positioning, automated liquid and droplet handling, real-time optical imaging, and precisely regulated cell culture conditions. The platform is designed to accommodate data-driven workflows and future artificial intelligence applications, including automated image analysis, adaptive experimental control, and optimization of cell-based assays. Its compact configuration also provides an accessible alternative to conventional large-scale automated laboratory systems. By bringing together photonic imaging, precision robotics, microfluidic handling, and environmental regulation, this approach establishes a foundation for more autonomous laboratory operations.
