个人简介
张杨,男,1981年出生,研究员,广东省青年拔尖人才。
2003年本科毕业于四川大学物理科学与技术学院微电子学专业,2008年博士毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所微电子与固体电子学专业。2009年起先后在意大利技术研究所、威斯康星大学密尔沃基分校、内布拉斯加大学林肯分校和阿肯色大学从事博士后研究工作,2018年初加入亚利桑那州立大学任助理研究科学家,2019年初加入阿肯色大学任访问助理教授。2020年10月加入暨南大学从事教学科研工作。
主要研究围绕半导体光电性质及应用展开,研究兴趣包括光与低维半导体相互作用,新颖半导体光电探测与传感器件,以及半导体微纳器件制备与测量等。在Nature Photonics,Advanced Materials,ACS Nano,JACS,Nanoscale,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces,ACS Photonics和Optics Express等期刊上发表文章40余篇,其中一篇入选ESI高被引论文,论文总被引次数2200余次(谷歌学术),SCI他引超过1000次。为多个学术期刊审稿人,现为RSC Advances评审委员会 (Review panel)委员。
