973项目首席科学家
段宣明,男,教授,博士生导师。1998年至2000年,在日本理化学研究所任基础科学特别研究员。2000年至2002年,在美国通用电气公司工程塑料集团亚太技术开发中心任高级技术专家。2002年底任中国科学院理化技术研究所研究员、有机纳米光子学实验室负责人。2006年至今兼任日本大阪大学特聘教授。2007年起受聘兼任日本理化学研究所(RIKEN)客座研究员。2013年加入中国科学院重庆绿色智能技术研究院,任3D打印技术研究中心主任。2018年8月年加入暨南大学光子技术研究院,作为负责人创建了纳米光刻技术团队。
作为项目负责人承担了国家“纳米研究”重大研究计划(973)项目、基金委“纳米制造的基础研究”重大研究计划重点项目、科技部国际合作专项等10 余项重大、重点项目。被聘为国家基金委学科评审组成员、“973”评审专家、国家奖评审专家。长期以突破光学衍射极限这一重大科学问题为核心,发展超越衍射极限的激光直写与无掩模投影及其相结合的激光纳米光刻新原理、新技术、新装备,在激光直写加工与无掩模投影光刻分辨率方面保持世界领先水平;发展了具有自主知识产权的低成本、高效率新型纳米光刻技术,拥有10多项中国与国际核心专利, 发表论文200余篇,其中SCI收录150余篇,Google Scholar 引用3200余次,SCI引用2600余次;申请国际、国内专利60 多项,已获授权国际专利3项,国内发明专利30余项;担任五个国际学术会议主席,多个国际学术会议顾问委员、组织委员等,国际会议邀请报告40 余次;出版合著英文专著一部,参编中、英、日文学术专著10余章节;研究成果被《Nature》、《Science》等国际著名学术期刊专题报道及引用。
