报告摘要:

Noble metallic nanoparticles support localized surface plasmon resonances(LSPRs), collective oscillations of surface electrons that provide an avenue for thecontrol and manipulation of photons at the nanoscale, known as optical antennas.Optical antennas have been widely studied in this past decade for their ability tofocus incident light into tiny volumes. Reciprocally, the large amplification of thelocal electromagnetic density of states provoked by the antenna can increase the decayrates of nearby quantum emitters. In this report, I will present theplasmonic-enhanced light radiation based on the surface plasmons of an individualmetallic nanoparticle, including the photoluminescence involving radiative decay ofparticle plasmon itself and plasmonic-enhanced light-matter interactions through thecoupling radiative molecular emission to a radiative LSP mode.

I will also briefly introduce some optical manipulation techniques using optical trapping and printing and using AFM probe.


报告人简介:

张天悦,2009年本科毕业于哈尔滨工业大学光信息科学与技术专业,同年至北京大学现代光学研究所师从龚旗煌院士攻读博士学位。2014年博士毕业后赴德国慕尼黑大学物理系继续从事金属纳米结构表面等离激元共振性质方向的研究。主要研究包括单个金属纳米粒子光致发光的特性,表面增强荧光/拉曼。文章发表在Scientific Reports, Advanced Optical Materials, Journal of Physical Chemistry C, Applied Physical Letters 等期刊。
