提出基于倾斜光纤光栅“Cut-off模正交偏振差分检测”的生物细胞密度传感新机制,研制正交偏振倾斜光纤光栅折射率传感器,该技术能够实现对不同细胞密度人类急性白血病细胞的精确鉴别,用以研究细胞非生理性密度与其折射率的关系,验证了“非生理性细胞密度变化”,为研究细胞抗药性、细胞生理新特性提供依据。
