谢伟广博士长期从事光电材料及其原型器件研发,重点研究并调控界面的原子/离子/缺陷的运动及光电响应特性,先后在Advanced Materials, ACS Nano,Advanced Energy Materials, Applied Physics Letters等杂志发表SCI论文80多篇,论文被Nature,Nature亮点,Nature Photonic,Advanced Materials等权威杂志引用报道;申请国家发明专利4项,授权3项;主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目各一项;目前担任广东省真空学会理事;广东省分析测试协会表面分析专业委员会委员;2016年获中国分析测试协会科学技术(CAIA)奖一等奖(排名第二),2014年获高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖自然科学奖二等奖(排名第七)。
