张琨

个人简介


        张琨,男,1979年出生,高级实验师。

2001年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学应用物理系,2013年获中国科学技术大学理学博士学位。其后加入中国科学技术大学微尺度国家研究中心,任工程师。2019年加入暨南大学光子技术研究院,任高级实验师。

主要从事纳米基础科学及应用技术研究,侧重于纳米材料与器件的加工与制备,主持科研项目一项中国科学技术大学青年创新基金,在包括Nature子刊 (1) 在内的国际学术期刊上发表论文20余篇,申请专利6项。
