李杰，男，1979年出生，研究员，博士生导师。
2000年和2003年分别在南开大学物理学院和现代光学研究所获得学士和硕士学位，2008年在香港城市大学电子工程学系光电子学专业获得博士学位，此后分别在香港城市大学和香港理工大学从事博士后研究工作，于2009年12月加入暨南大学光子技术研究院，目前任研究员。
主要从事光纤器件和光纤传感领域研究工作，已发表科研论文共115篇，其中SCI收录56余篇，获授权国家发明专利5项；主持、参与国家级和省部级科研项目10余项，其中主持国家自然科学基金项目2项和省部级项目5项。
