2020 Pearl River Forum for Superresolution Lithography and Imaging was successfully presented on 4th June. The forum was called by Huawei and hosted by our group for indepth communications and idea exchange on the transformation and development of superresolution lithography and imaging techniques developed by our group. The delegation mixed with senior engineers and heads of international collaboration department from both Huawei and Hisilicon attended for seeking  collaboration opportunities in the future
