We warmly congratulate A/Prof Yinan Zhang for winning the Nomination Prize of 'Rising Stars of Light' Award based on his first-authored work entitled 'Coloring solar cells with simultaneously high efficiency by low-index dielectric nanoparticles'. This award was organized by Light Conference 2019 to highlight outstanding young scholars for their innovative work in optics and photonics. The selection was extremely competitive through international peer reviewing. It is privileged to be selected as one out of 10 finalists reflecting the international recognition of the quality of the work.
