Envisioning the bright future of MOFs, we think it is of essential importance for the researchers worldwide to make collective efforts in digging out meaningful applications (i.e., technology pain points) where either hollow-core or solid-core MOFs can significantly (in orders of magnitude) upgrade performances of current fiber-optic systems, not only because of their exotic light guidance's but also due to very long interaction distances (with km scale). We sincerely welcome cooperations for common purposes of boosting the community and ecosystem of MOF in both COMMERCIAL (Fiber Engineering) and RESEARCH (Fiber Optics) aspects.
