Welcome Drink

Tuesday, 3rd November, 18:30 21:30

We welcome all attendees and sponsors/exhibitors to an informal welcome drink at the Pool Deck (Photos of the Pool Deck can be found in the hotel’s links http://www.hotel-icon.com/facilities.aspx#/pool-bar, http://www.hotel-icon.com/facilities.aspx#/swimming-pool), Hotel Icon on Tuesday, 3rd November from 18:30 to 21:30. Cocktails and canapes will be served. There will be directional signs posted in the lift lobby to guide you to the venue.



Social Events

Thursday, 5th November

There will be two social events to be held within and outside the Hotel, at your choice. The number of participants in each activity is limited. We expect you to determine which social events you would like to participate right when you register in the system.  Sign-ups for these two events are also accepted at the registration desk until Wednesday night.


Victoria Harbour Cruise (16:15 to 18:30)

Joining our Victoria Harbour Cruise, you can enjoy the magnificent views offered by the Hong Kong skyline and experience the rhythm and vitality of the city. 


Conference Dinner at Hotel Icon (19:00 to 21:00)

The conference dinner will be held at Hotel Icon at 19:00.  There are two traditional Chinese performances to be held during the dinner.  They are:


Lion Dance

is a form of traditional dance in Chinese culture and other Asian countries in which performers mimic a lion's movements in a lion costume.


Face Changing Opera

an ancient Chinese dramatic art that is part of the more general Sichuan opera. Performers wear brightly colored costumes and move to quick, dramatic music. They also wear vividly colored masks, typically depicting well known characters from the opera, which they change from one face to another almost instantaneously with the swipe of a fan, a movement of the head, or wave of the hand.
