报告摘要:

Fiber-based interferometry has been widely used in material characterization and measurement of physical magnitudes in many fields of science and technology. RI sensing is showing great promise in biological and chemical applications. In this talk, PCF based interferometers for refractive index sensing and biosensing applications are presented.

 

报告人简介:

Hu Juan Juan Dora, received her B. Eng (1st Hon.) and PhD from school of electrical and electronic engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She is now with RF & Optical Department, Institute for Infocomm Research, Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore. Her research interests are fundamental research in photonics and optics, specifically, optics of photonic crystals, photonic crystal fibers (PCF) and PCF-based devices for telecommunications and sensors applications.
